Parents of students at Victoria’s independent schools fear that the Bill will mean their schools will not be able to maintain quality educational services. They are being encouraged to raise their concerns with their federal Members of Parliament. Independent school principals and board representatives have endorsed a campaign by the Association of Independent Schools of Victoria (AISV) seeking amendments to the Bill. AISV has also lodged a submission with the Senate. AISV represents 216 schools with more than 116,000 students. All the submissions are on the Senate website...
